Return Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
